At B U Careers Academy our mission is to empower, support and inspire the next generation in their career journeys.

We want to ensure that all young people are empowered to be the best they can be. We believe that a students post code or school should not determine their access to quality career education and the possibilities that they believe are available to them. Through education we believe that young people can build the skills, capacities and understanding to confidently make decisions around their futures. The skills, mindset and tools they will learn will service them long after they leave the school-gate behind...

Busy schedules, competing priorities, and limited resources can make career guidance challenging. Career Practitioners often struggle to find enough time to support all students adequately, especially at the senior level. We understand these challenges and provide flexible, accessible career support that fits students' individual needs.

Our Solution

A flexible and strategic approach to Career Education.

Our learning modules are available anytime, anywhere, allowing teens to engage at their own pace. Our resources are designed to maximise engagement and outcomes by giving practical steps so that real progress can be made. Teens can ultimately choose when and what to learn; whether that's getting help with a resume, subject selections or researching career options. They can ultimately take ownership of their career journey with the support of the B U Careers Academy platform.
